Each room includes a separate attached bathroom measuring 6×6.5 ft, equipped with both hot (geyser) and cold water facilities. The bathrooms feature a western-style toilet, wash basin, towel, soap, and other essential amenities for a comfortable and hygienic experience.

Guests can enjoy a variety of refreshments including bottled water, tea, coffee, milk, Bournvita, and cold drinks like Thums Up, Sprite, and soda. We offer homemade breakfast along with delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian lunch and dinner, freshly prepared and served within one hour of ordering. Meals can be arranged in the lawn or delivered to the room as per the guest's preference, thanks to our in-house restaurant that specializes in wholesome, home-cooked food.

Check-in time is 12 Noon and check-out time is 10 AM. Room rates are applicable for two persons only, with a maximum occupancy of four (2 adults and 2 kids); extra charges apply for additional persons, and mattresses will be provided. No charges for kids below 5 years. Music and sound systems are not allowed. An additional Rs. 200 will be charged for driver accommodation. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the premises. Only couples and families are welcome; groups of men are not allowed.

Bookings are non-refundable; however, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to check-in. Date changes are allowed before 5 days of check-in, subject to availability. Please note, room rates vary—Sunday to Thursday rates differ from those on Friday and Saturday.
